Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
(CLOSED on Wednesdays)

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App.
NO checks will be accepted.

Donations are accepted Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. (Drop Off is closed on Wednesdays)

When you enter the NeighborUp Plaza, continue to the right of the building and follow the signs to enter the drop-off lane. A NeighborUp team member will be happy to unload your items from your car. Please follow their directions for a safe and efficient drop-off. Remain in your car until a NeighborUp team member is ready to assist you. Please have any personal items separated from items for donation.

Small prep work at home makes a huge difference in handling the volume of items that are donated to NeighborUp. Please separate clothes from linens, shoes, household items, etc. Keeping these items with other similar items will allow for a quicker drop-off experience.
