Chatham Estates Community Relocation
At NeighborUp, one of our core values is ACTION: we respond boldly and intentionally to our neighbors when they experience hardship and adversity.
Currently, the residents of Chatham Estates mobile home park in Cary are collectively experiencing a difficult circumstance as the entire community has been given notice to vacate by June 30, 2026. As the lead agency for the Town of Cary’s Stable Homes Cary program, NeighborUp is working directly with the residents during this time to provide resources, financial assistance, and coaching as they navigate this situation.
We’ve had neighbors and organizations reach out to ask how they can help. The biggest need is financial resources to provide additional support to families. 100% of the funds donated here will be designated for direct support to Chatham Estates families. Funds will be used to assist with moving expenses, home repairs, and other wraparound support, including food.
Gift cards can also help offset expenses during the moving process. Drop off gas, grocery, hardware store, restaurant, or general gift cards at the NeighborUp Administration Office | 187 High House Rd., Cary.
